Main information

Tallinn Tango Weekend is a friendly marathon-like event with the role balance and main focus on dancing at the milongas. The event is open to all levels and genders of dancers and has the capacity for up to 200 dancers.

The main historical location features about 200m2 of wooden dance floor, professional sound system and airconditions if needed.

Access to the event is granted only to confirmed particpants. Without completed registration process and a confirmed place participation is not possible. No single evening tickets will be available from Friday till Sunday. The full event can be only pre-booked.

10% of all the collected fees will go automatically to the donation fund for Ukraine. The additional amount donated will be collected by the decision of every participant filling the registration form.

Prices

Tallinn Tango Weekend MAIN PACKAGE early-bird special price (only in February 2025) 96 €

Tallinn Tango Weekend MAIN PACKAGE normal price (from March 1 till May 31 2025) 110 €

Tallinn Tango Weekend MAIN PACKAGE lastminute price (from June 1 till August 3 2025) 130 €

The price of the lessons with maestros will be 22 € for 90 minutes for 1 person with no changes periodically.

The registration to Tallinn Tango Weekend will be closed in case of the full capacity up to 200 dancers or from August 3 2024.

Tallinn Tango Weekend MAIN PACKAGE includes entrance to all the milongas (25h) from Friday till Sunday night. It also includes free old town tour on Friday and the fruits, cold snacks, coffee, tea and water during the whole event from Friday till Sunday.

Please mind a few things before you register:

• If you can, please register as a COUPLE and please fill in the registration form for you and your partner separately / individually. Our event is with the first come, first served system.
• It is possible to register without a partner, but we would appreciate YOUR help signing up in couples to keep the followers/leaders balance as equal as possible.
• The registrations will be confirmed on first come first served basis.
• You will receive a separate e-mail from us with the payment details within 10 days after your registration.
• Please pay attention to the price period as your registration payment has to be made in the same period to finalize your registration process with that price.
• All bank charges shall be paid by the participant regarding registration and return payment.
• Your participation will be confirmed only after we receive your payment.
• Confirmed registrations are not fully refundable, but are transferable to another person that participant can find themselves and confirm with the organizer. See the details below about the refund policy periodically.

• Refund policy:

  Cancellations until 30.06.2025 –  90% of the received payment will be returned

  Cancellations between 01.07.2025 and 31.07.2025 – 50% of the received payment will be returned

  Cancellations from 01.08.2025 on – no refunds are possible

NB! Tallinn Tango Weekend RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE REGISTRATION EARLIER FOR LEADERS OR FOLLOWERS TO KEEP THE GENDER BALANCE IN CONTROL.
